Amideast will enhances participants' employability skills through comprehensive training in English language proficiency, computer literacy, essential skills, and peer facilitation, while providing hands-on experience through capstone project implementation via their own peer facilitation training. As a culminating experience, the program places qualified candidates as interns in professional organizations to prepare them for the job market.
Amideast provides intensive training focused on essential competencies, including critical thinking, creative problem-solving, professional communication, and project management. Participants engage in 195 hours of specialized English instruction, progressing through three learning levels, complemented by workshops on civic engagement, project planning, and networking with local organizations.

The program provides specialized training programs to include workshops focusing on the entrepreneurship environment, feasibility studies, persuasion skills, presenting ideas, and others. At the end of the program, each participant presents a plan to be evaluated by the project’s panel and up to five women will be selected to receive funds for their plans.
