Amideast provides intensive training focused on essential competencies, including critical thinking, creative problem-solving, professional communication, and project management. Participants engage in 195 hours of specialized English instruction, progressing through three learning levels, complemented by workshops on civic engagement, project planning, and networking with local organizations.
Program Outcomes
By the end of the program, participants will possess the skills and knowledge necessary to lead impactful community initiatives. The program is designed to reach over 3,000 community members and establish sustainable networks between youth leaders and civil society organizations.
