Amideast’ supports the following scholarship and exchange opportunities for youth in Yemen who seek to pursue their undergraduate studies in the United States or at American-style institutions in the MENA region.
Undergraduate Study
MENA SCHOLARSHIP SUPPORT FUND (MSSF)
Amideast’s own MENA Scholarship Support Fund (MSSF) makes the dream of study in the United States possible for highly qualified students from underserved populations in Yemen. Through this initiative, Amideast identifies students of exceptional accomplishment and promise who wish to pursue undergraduate study at an American college or university but cannot afford to do so. Selected students will receive academic mentorship and guidance through the U.S. college and university application process.
Qisasna (Our stories)
Qisasna is a virtual exchange program funded by The Stevens Initiative to facilitate exchange between young people in the United States and Yemen by providing skills they need to produce podcasts on shared challenges and opportunities between youth.
