Do I have to be living in my home country to be considered for this grant?
No, but preference will be given to applicants residing in one of the countries that Amideast has administered the Fulbright program, however many alumni are not able to reside in their home country. Amideast is fully aware of these conditions and will examine each application on a case-by--case basis. If you have had to relocate, this should not deter you from submitting a competitive application.
