The Dakhla and Laayoune Learning Centers are two of several centers launched by the OCP Groupe since 2013. Supported by the Phosboucrâa Foundation and operated by Amideast, the Learning Centers aim to offer communities in Morocco’s southern region a welcoming and dynamic environment dedicated to supporting youth and women in their economic and social integration through the reinforcement of skills and personal and professional development. The centers have become hubs of excellence in Morocco’s southern region, known for their signature programs in digital training, workforce development, and entrepreneurship.
