Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

If a test session is cancelled by AMIDEAST for any reason, Amideast/West Bank Testing Department will contact you regarding rescheduling options. You will be notified by email in the event of test cancellation.

If you cancel your registration at least ten business days prior to the test date, you will receive a refund equivalent to half of the original Admin Fee. The remainder of your payment will be retained to cover expenses for processing your registration and holding space at the test center. Please contact Amideast/Testing by email at testingwb@amideast.org with cancellation requests. Include your full name, your test date, and location of your test center.

Refunds will not be issued if you do not follow proper registration procedures (including completing your CLEP Exam Registration), cancel less than ten business days prior to the test date, do not show up for your test on the scheduled date/time and/or fail to present the required identification documents at the test center.
