If you cancel your registration at least ten business days prior to the test date, you will receive a refund equivalent to half of the original test fee.
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
You may change your test date and/or location up to six business days prior to your original test date. Each time you make such a change, you will be charged a $40 rescheduling fee to cover processing costs. Payment is required at the time that you make the change.
Should a test administration be cancelled by a test center or English4Success we will arrange for appropriate rescheduling/refund.
English4Success cannot honor cancellation requests received less than ten business days prior to the test date, or reschedule requests received less than six business days prior to the original test date. Similarly, requests for rescheduling without fee payment or with incomplete information cannot be honored. In such cases, the test taker will forfeit their test fee and need to pay in full for any future testing. Special circumstances that may affect a test taker's ability to test as planned will be reviewed by English4Success on a case-by-case basis but please be advised that we cannot typically make exceptions to these general policies.
