As an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of the PMI, Amideast has been vetted and approved as a provider of Project Management Professional exam preparation courses and our trainers are PMP credential holders.

PREREQUISITES

The main prerequisites for taking the PMP exam are:

• A four-year university degree (or the global equivalent)
• 3 years (36 months) of non-overlapping professional project management experience
• 4,500 hours leading and directing projects
• 35 contact hours of training in project management

OR

• A high school diploma, associate degree, or global equivalent
• 5 years (60 months) of non-overlapping professional project management experience
• 7,500 hours leading and directing projects
• 35 contact hours of training in project management

COURSE OBJECTIVES

• Help professionals and project managers to acquire Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, the profession’s most globally recognized certification credential
• Emphasize the importance of people through adopting the soft skills needed to effectively lead a project team in today's changing environment

The course, as per the latest PMI materials, provides an overview of the project environment, life cycle, and organization. It covers five main lessons that immerse you in real-world scenarios, representing various industries and project management situations, to help you practice applying principles and concepts at work, in addition to preparing for the certification exam.
