This course will provide the trainees with basic knowledge of Project Management including but not limited to:
- Definition of projects, differences between project work and routine operations.
- Relationship between projects and organizational strategy and the most suitable organizations structure for project managing.
- Project life cycle and what does a project manager need to master in each phase.
- Training students on defining project deliverables and work packages including work breakdown structure.
- Project timetable creation and project scope (goals, outcomes, outputs, objective tree, scope statement, and problem statement).
- Defining and tackling project risks and assumptions.
- Project budget estimation and expenditure control.
- Project control: Earned Value Management
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Undergraduate degree (BA) in any specialization.
2. One year of work experience or fresh graduates.
3. Basic/Good English language is preferable.
4. Committed, interested, and interactive.
5. Having no more than basic knowledge about Project Management.
Training Schedule: Online via Zoom – Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
