AMERICA-MIDEAST EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING SERVICES, INC. (“Amideast”) is providing this Privacy Policy to explain our policies for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information on all pages hosted at Amideast’s website and Amideast’s online applications, as well as personal information submitted to Amideast via other means. By accessing our website and using our online applications and services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Amideast collects information electronically and in other formats. When you visit Amideast’s website, submit an online form, apply to one of our programs or services, or subscribe to our newsletter, you are asked to provide information relevant to the service you seek or as required by law. Colorado State Privacy Rights
Colorado provides its state residents with rights to:

If your request is denied, you may appeal the decision by submitting a written request to privacy@amideast.org within two weeks of the date you receive notice of the denial. Any appeal you submit must include the denial you are appealing and state “Notice of Appeal” in the subject line of the email. Amideast will inform you of any action taken on your appeal or denial of appeal in accordance with applicable law. You have the right to contact the Colorado Attorney General regarding the results of the appeal.
Nevada State Privacy Rights
Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a request by emailing privacy@amideast.org. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering Nevada’s opt-out requirements.
