Amideast Online uses a student-centered approach that is ideal for learners ages 17 and under. In keeping with the latest in education research and methodology for language development, our online English courses emphasize the importance of engaging young learners in the creative exploration of language in the virtual classroom. Discover how this innovative model will develop your child’s language skills through the use of age-appropriate materials, interactive activities, and ongoing teacher support.
Amideast Online classes require a desktop, laptop, or mobile device combined with a WIFI or minimum 3G network connection. Recommended browsers include:
- Desktop/Laptop: Chrome, Firefox or Edge (latest versions)
- Mobile iOS (12.2+): Safari Mobile
- Mobile Android (6.0+): Chrome Mobile
Academic Writing for Teens Part 1
This workshop will provide students with a set of basic principles for writing an academic essay that will help them to produce a clear, focused and well-organized piece of writing on a specific topic.
Course times and days will be confirmed once a pre-registration form is completed and submitted. An online English language placement test will then be administered. All class materials, including online resources, are provided to students. Class size is limited to a maximum of 16 students.
