English for General Communication
Our English for General Communication course develops your ability to communicate confidently and effectively in everyday situations. It is the most popular type of English language training Amideast offers, helping thousands of mainly adult English learners develop the spoken and written skills commonly needed today for work, study, and leisure.
These courses are interactive, personalized courses offered at eight levels of increasing difficulty in order to accommodate the special needs of beginning to advanced learners.

Course Fees
Face-to-Face Classes: 2450 EGP
Online Classes: 2050 EGP
Private Tutoring:
1 Participant: 980 EGP per hour (minimum 4 hours)
2 Participants: 850 EGP per hour (minimum 4 hours)
3 Participants: 720 EGP per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Placement Test
A placement test is required for admission.

- Placement test fees: EGP 350
- Placement test results are valid for 2 months only
GENERAL INFORMATION
- You are allowed to transfer term only once at no extra fee.
- More than one transfer is not allowed.
- Course books are available at the Amideast Customer Service Department.
- Certificates are issued upon the completion of each stage.
REFUND POLICY
- Customers are entitled to 100% refund if the class is canceled by Amideast.
- Customers are entitled to a 90% refund if he/she decides to cancel their registration. Notice of cancellation must be received by Customer Service 3 business days prior to the class start date.
- No refunds are permitted if the customer decides to cancel their registration less than 3 business days prior to the class start date.
- Customers who would like to defer their class enrollment to another session are permitted to provide that he/she informs Customer Service before the class start date. Once the request for deferment has been received, customers must register and attend a class/session within 3 months or use the value of their purchase towards another Amideast service within 3 months (i.e. register for an exam, etc.) otherwise the value/credit will expire.
- Books, placement tests, private tutoring, promotions, and offers are non-refundable.
Once the course begins, refunds will only be given in the event of an emergency, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and subject to the approval of Customer Service.
