U.S. Embassy’s EducationUSA Fair Honors 75 Years of U.S.-Jordan Relations

More than 2,040 prospective Jordanian undergraduate and graduate students attended this year’s EducationUSA Fair on November 16–17, eager to explore higher education opportunities in the United States.

The U.S. Embassy-sponsored, two-day event featured representatives from over 30 American universities. These prestigious institutions provided students with valuable insights into the wide range of academic programs available in the United States. This year’s fair coincided with the 75th anniversary of U.S.-Jordan relations, highlighting the role of academic exchange and educational partnerships as central to the bilateral relationship.

The fair gave Jordanian students a unique opportunity to connect directly with U.S. college representatives, asking questions about admissions, academic fields, financial aid, and campus life. These interactions offered critical guidance to help students achieve their educational ambitions in the United States. The event was hosted in partnership with Amideast.
