What is Amideast Online learning?
Students are provided with a unique username and password to Amideast Online and are welcomed to a virtual classroom where they meet their teacher and classmates. The virtual classroom is designed for students to speak, listen, read and write interactively. The Amideast Online learning platform offers a variety of online resources for beginners to advanced English language learners. Activities are provided for study in and out of the classroom in a blended learning approach that promotes both collaborative and self-guided learning to encourage personalized language development.
How will I benefit from Amideast Online learning?
The flexibility of online learning with Amideast allows you to study wherever you are, with teachers and coordinators dedicated to ensuring a quality experience.
There are multiple mediums to communicate with your teacher, whether by voice, public chat, private message or discussion forums. This allows for regular feedback and support from your teacher.
Teachers will share online resources for each class that allow you to learn at your own pace. In addition, all lessons are recorded and can be viewed at any time.
Can I register if I’ve never done online learning before?
Of course! This is new for many of us! Along with studying English, you will learn new skills that make you more versatile wherever you go. After your online course, you may be confident to do more online learning and, of course, continue to improve your English!
How will I know how to join an online class?
Once you register for an online course with Amideast, you will be invited to a private Amideast Facebook page where we share “How to” videos about accessing our online classes. In addition, every student will have their questions answered about the Amideast online learning platform. We are here to help you!

For data network, we recommend 4G LTI for best results or minimum 3G Network to use audio, view presentation content, and receive screen sharing.
