Online Teaching Workshop
Amideast’s Online Teaching workshop is targeting novice and experienced instructors who need to shift from face-to-face to online instruction and/or incorporate online strategies and tools into their teaching practice.
The 5days/ 15 hours workshop targets teachers from different disciplines including English, science, math, foreign language, Arabic, social studies, among others. It will assist teachers develop practical knowledge of online teaching strategies and methods through integrated technologies.
Workshop participants will create online lesson plans and practically deliver these plans to an online class on a virtual conferencing platform. Seasoned trainers and workshop peers will provide workshop participants with feedback and support in the delivery of their online classes. The workshop will be delivered in English and can be delivered in Arabic to schools and educational institutions upon request.

- Day 3: Building Student Rapport and Engagement
- Day 4: Online Class Management
- Day 5: Online Teaching Demonstrations
Amideast Online classes require a desktop, laptop, or mobile device combined with a WIFI or minimum 3G network connection. Recommended browsers include:

SCHEDULE
15 Hours for 5 days
This course is 10 hours of virtual training and 5 hours of Independent work.
